Golden Years: Wellness Weekend Workouts
Saturdays at 9AM: 7/11, 7/18, 7/25

For those in their golden years or approaching (focused on ages 50+). Join in for 45 minutes of fun and fitness! The focus of this class is on building strength, improving balance, and enhancing mobility. All fitness levels are welcomed and encouraged to attend, and all exercise can and will be modified to meet the needs of all.

July 4th: No class. Library closed.
July 11th: Core and balance.
July 18th: Circuit training
July 25th: Full body resistive workout with bands and medicine balls.

Artist, Jerry DeCaire, will present a live-drawing show for all ages. Known for his work with Thor, Deadpool, and Wolverine, we will get to see his process up close. He'll show how a comic book is made from beginning to end. Demo drawings will be signed and given to members of the audience. Don't miss this exciting event.

Hike our preserves

Get a walking stick when you register for the Hike Our Preserves Challenge! 

Hike any 10 out of 13 popular Southwest Michigan Land Conservancy's public preserves to complete the HOP! program. The first 20 participants to finish hiking all 10 preserves between June 1 and August 31 will receive a free gift from Jr. Rangerland!
